How it works:

  • One month rolling contracts – no ties – pay below!
  • The cost is £160 per month for full one-to-one coaching. You can pay with bank transfer, cheque, paypal or cash with an invoice
  • The process starts with a detailed face-to-face or phone conversation to outline your aims, background, health, time constraints, etc
  • The next step is to establish your fitness level and training zones. This can be either from prior testing, race data, or we can perform an FTP test on the road
  • Before any coaching begins I will ask you to complete and sign a PARQ exercise readiness form to determine your health and safety
  • I will set you up a (free) Training Peaks account which is linked to the Training-Pro dedicated coach account. I will prescribe your daily training on the Training Peaks calendar. You can view/edit your training plan online, on your phone and will receive a daily email outlining tomorrow’s training
  • You can upload your training data to Training Peaks which will create your fitness profile. I will analyse this data to further tailor your training/recovery
  • You can call or text me any time between 9am and 7pm to discuss. If I miss your call I’ll call you back
  • Lab testing (at Leeds Beckett University or your own local facility) is recommended at least once per year
